This one bedroom studio in a semi rural location has enabled the owners to live on site until the completion of the main house. Walls are plaster finished over straw bales set between steel and timber frames. The slatted wooden tower houses a small laundry and bathroom and screens water tanks above.
Materials used are predominantly natural and renewable, with low toxicity paints and oils used in the finishing.
